Management and maintenance Team is the best! In love with my apartment style and the view. Loved my time here and would highly recommend.

Fairmount North proved to be a significant letdown. The amenities were dismal, with neglected and unclean gym and rooftop facilities. Common areas resembled a hazardous obstacle course, with dog waste, bugs, and stained carpets. Overflowing trash rooms emitted a nauseating stench, indicating poor management. Security was compromised, as unlocked entrance doors allowed unrestricted access, and irresponsible parking practices created chaos.
Parking at Fairmount North was a nightmare. Unsecured... spaces, reckless parking along walls, and even a leaking porta potty added to the disarray. The regional manager, displayed the same disregard for parking regulations, undermining any sense of order and authority.
The apartments themselves were disappointing. The absence of peepholes on doors left residents feeling vulnerable, while overly sensitive fire alarms triggered frequent false alarms. Cracking walls further questioned the quality of construction.
Even after moving out, the issues persisted. Residents had unrestricted access to the property for an entire month, raising concerns about security measures and the safety of remaining tenants. The surrounding neighborhood offered no relief, with frequent car break-ins and homeless individuals infiltrating the premises.
Fairmount North's one-year-old appearance was deceiving. Premature aging, worn-out conditions, and lack of proper upkeep were evident throughout the complex. The management team added to the frustration, displaying cluelessness and an inability to address multiple issues. The dismissive demeanor of the regional manager, coupled with a lack of expertise in property management and building construction, only heightened disappointment.
In conclusion, Fairmount North was an unfortunate and regrettable choice for a place to call home. Dirty facilities, lack of maintenance, compromised security, premature deterioration, and inept management tainted the living experience. Prospective tenants are strongly advised to explore alternative options that prioritize resident well-being and satisfaction.

Asked verbally and in writing for updates on leaking shower, oven filling apartment with smoke, mold in stairwell, and more with no response. (As they are sitting in the lobby on their phones) I have a toddler and would think the dangerous health hazards would be addressed to their occupants promptly. Despicable.

Our dish washer has not worked since we moved in. We have submitted 4 maintenance requests and it still has not been fixed. The elevator in the 26th street lobby is currently broken so you have to use the stairwell that is full of mold.
