My experience at 1600 Callowhill has been disappointing overall. While maintenance has generally been responsive and efficient, my living experience has been severely impacted by poor management practices and a lack of follow-through. Despite repeated complaints about disruptive noise from a neighboring apartment, the issue has persisted with little effective resolution. The lack of clear communication, delayed action, and inability to enforce building policies have left me frustrated. This has... created an environment where residents' concerns feel disregarded, affecting both my quality of life and confidence in the management team.
In addition to these concerns, the apartment's access system could be improved with more secure and convenient methods, and there are opportunities to upgrade amenities like the gym to meet the needs of residents.
Until these issues are addressed, I wouldn't recommend this community to others looking for a peaceful and well-managed living experience.

Great place to live! I love this neighborhood and my apartment is amazing. The staff is very responsive to any maintenance requests. A bonus: we have an amazing sun deck!
