The View at Montgomery

I’m looking to re-let my lease at The View. The apartment is a 4-bedroom, 2-bath (all girl apartment), and you would have your own private bedroom. The building offers great amenities including a gym, study rooms, a sky lounge, and free laundry... facilities on every floor. The apartment is fully furnished, utilities included in rent. Rent is $999 per month, which is below the standard rate, and the lease runs from September 2025 through July 2026. You would re-let from The View at the same monthly rent. It is also very close to campus (less than 5 minute walk) with restaurants and a convenience store below the building.
