I’m looking for 1 one girl to sublet my room. The unit is located on the 3rd floor. Fully furnished and all utilities are included. There is a laundry room (which is included in the rent) and a trash room on every floor for everyone’s convenience.... The apartment is a 4bed/2bath but currently they’re only 2 other girls living here, meaning you have that bathroom to yourself until someone moves in next door. You will have your own room and sink (guaranteed) and a shared common space where there is a kitchen and living room.
