Apartment went downhill after management group changed
Got a package that was delivered on March 18, after raising the issue of package not found in the mail room.
The management took 2 weeks to review, even following up everyday with them, they try to dodge any answers towards my package missing question.
However they said they reviewed the footage and didn't find anything, I mentioned that I would also want to review the footage, since the package was delivered and can see the package position clearly in the mail room right under the camera. I told them if you could see the package then it is extremely easy to track down who exactly stole me package.
They gave an ridiculous reply saying it was a very tedious process despite taking two whole weeks with me following it up almost everyday and refuses to let me check the footage, and they also stated that they DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO DEAL WITH MY PACKAGE STOLEN ISSUE, and just want the police to take care of it.
What???
The management of this apartment seems to went downhill after Bozzuto left and was taken by ReinholdResidential.
I have never had any issues or have to deal with package loss from Bozzuto for a whole year, but merely 2 month they took over this place, there is package loss already and they don't seem to care enough.

Excellent place to live
I enjoyed my stay at the Crane. The building is modern and clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the location is ideal. I would definitely recommend it.
