Summer Sublet - Bedroom in a bright and spacious rowhouse near campus
Avoid cramped dreary student housing and managing agents.
Owned and beautifully renovated by the parents of a Temple student, the house is bright and spacious, well maintained and cared for, with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and lots of shared... space. We are looking for a responsible roommate to sublet a bedroom over the summer.
The house is located within the Temple Patrol Boundary on a quiet street easy walking distance to campus. We care for and manage the house – not an absentee landlord or disinterested management company. Rent listed is for a single bedroom. The other two bedrooms are occupied by male undergraduates. All three residents share access to all of the living areas, including the kitchen and dining area, living room, both full bathrooms, rear yard, and basement. The basement is available for storage or additional use upon request and with approval. Water is $20/mo. Gas, electric, and internet utilities are split equally between occupants.
The house is fully furnished, and the room for rent is furnished with a queen bed and a desk.
The house has air conditioning and laundry machines are available for resident use in the basement.
Security cameras and exterior lighting are installed at the front and rear. Residents have access to Temple Security's walking escort to the front door, and nearby Temple shuttle to campus if desired.
