Sublet 12th floor Studio at Avery Apts
This listing is to sublet a studio apartment at Avery apartments right across from main campus, or possibly to take over the lease. It’s on the 12th floor of the building, with a great view over the city, as it faces away from Temple, and so the view... is unobstructed. As with all apartments at the Avery, all the utilities are all included in the price and it has access to a nice in apartment gym, with a free laundry on each floor of the building. It has excellent access to the subway, with a station being mere feet from the door. This was ideal for me as I was a dental student, as the subway makes it very easy to reach the health science campus where the Temple Medical and Dental schools are. This sub lease will run from June 1st 2025 until July 31st 2025, with the option to take over the lease from the Avery and keep the apartment afterwards. I believe the current rent is about $1,100 per month when all is said and done. Right now the place has two refrigerators, with mine being free to you if you want it when you sign the lease. I probably would have stayed here had my residency been here in Philadelphia as I intended, but it is Wilkes Barre so I have to go, and I would like to avoid paying for two places for two months.
