The views are amazing and the apartment building is relatively quiet. My apartment is also the perfect layout... I love that it opens up to the courtyard. However, my floor has many vacant apartments that have smoke alarms constantly beeping. I've mentioned it to management a few times and they said it would be taken care of and it hasn't been for a week. Also, I put in a service request to fix my blinds because they aren't going up and the ticket request was canceled without any explanation.... When I look at other apartments, I see that their blinds go up so I'm not sure why my ticket was canceled. All in all, the apartment is so stunningly beautiful.

Those who work at the concierge are amazing! I love them all. They’re so friendly and welcoming. I know the building is newer, but the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because things are a little clunky from time to time and sometimes no one knows what’s going on or the answer to things
