My name is Abby, I'm 24, and I live in a beautiful new 2bed/2bath apartment in Brewerytown on 26th and Jefferson! I'm looking for someone to join my lease with me and take the other bedroom and large private bathroom. The closet is large with... included shelving and there is plenty of space otherwise, but we would share the kitchen and living room. The building has a roof deck, basement gym, elevator, and an optional parking spot for $150/mo, while the aparment has in-unit laundry and a private patio for the two of us. Everything with the rental property is managed through a portal that is very easy to use, and any maintenance issues are handled thoroughly.
