Everything here is horrible. Plumbing is constantly broken and/or turned off, you DO NOT have control of AC or heating, and maintenance blatantly ignores requests. Living here will cause you more stress than medical school - the location is not worth it.

I rented a 2 bedroom apartment with one of my classmates. For a college apartment it was okay, however, it could've have been better. When we moved in, the apartment was dirty. The floors were dusty and needed a good scrub down. The kitchen stove top was filthy. The previous owners left the stove top covered in dried up food. Don't even get me started on rodients. It was common to find coachroaches in the basement of Orlowtiz, however I was digusted to have found large coachroaches in my kitchen... apartment, despite that my roommate and I were OCD about cleanlessness. Beside the large coachroaches, we had a vistor from a mouse as well. We contacted the building maintaince, however they "claimed" they fixed the problem by spraying the place. The apartment complex also suffered with issues with there fire alarm. My roommate and I would be awoken up at four in the morning (and were required to leave the building in the winter) due to glitches in the system. This happened atleast six times since leaving here.Besides the rodents and other aprtment issues, it was nice to live on school grounds and have a 2 minute commute to clinical. Read More
