Never move here if you don’t want to sleep on the street. The noise from the street comes directly into the room with no shield. The AC is around by several plastic board only which can prevent no sound from coming in. When it is windy or rainy, you can hear the sound of storms.

This apartment complex is a brutally unfair and over advertised mess for students. All measures are done to the bare minimum. Water goes off / is ice cold at least twice a month, heat was off for multiple days during snowstorms as well as two other times over last winter alone. After two years as a resident, you learn that the management ignores you unless you sit in their office, packages are left sitting out for anyone to take, and worst of all, they make you pay for improvements that take 4... to 5 times as long as they advertise so long after any student moves out (check their history its clear). Hamco has been a great experience so far. I got back from my study abroad program last year and was a little behind on finding off-campus housing. Hamco management was able to help me and my friends move into an apartment and we just renewed our lease for next year.

The brand new laundry room is a great addition and I can't wait for the new fitness center and rooftop pool for this year. Plus campus is about a 5 minute walk away.
