The first... floor has an open concept living room and kitchen with a breakfast bar and plenty of room for cooking and entertaining. There is access to a laundry room with washer and dryer and an enclosed back patio off of the kitchen as well. The house also has a basement. The four bedrooms are large with great closet space.
