I highly recommend staying here, there are only positive things I have to say about this place and the new management (as of Jan 2025). My landlord was so communicative, accommodating, and provided me so much during my stay here. She can always be reached and gets back quickly, she would check in with me if I needed anything during my stay, and since I was in a furnished unit, she bought furniture or items on several occasions to make my stay more comfortable. The furniture was very nice and... everything I could possibly need was provided, including kitchen essentials and things like pillows and bath rugs that made the place super comfortable. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment, and a parking garage below which proved to be a lifesaver. The management made several security improvements including a new security system and a package room for safe package delivery. The apartment is in a great location and close to downtown Philly and the hospitals in the area. The new management here made my stay safe and comfortable. I felt very taken care of the entire time. This brand new building is absolutely stunning I’ve had such a great experience living here from property management to leasing agents i have no complaints very grateful to the team that set me up here highly recommend

I had a tour scheduled and called the number listed in the confirmation email and written on a sign on the building and both went to voicemail. There were no instructions on where to wait or who I was meeting. I stayed for about 20 minutes after the scheduled time and still didn’t hear from anyone.
