New building, hostile management

I moved into this beautiful brand new building last year with lots of amenities. But since the beginning it has been problem after problem and the worst is that the management acts defensive and ceases communication instead of addressing issues. The broken elevator, lack of guest access, and package fiasco make living here difficult
