Nice place, but it is NOT an Apartment. It is a dorm.

You will not find anything on this place online. There is NO oven. There is only a stovetop. The fridge is not regular sized, it is slightly smaller. Many things here are NOT as advertised.
This is NOT a real apartment building. You have to sign visitors in (YOU CAN ONLY HAVE 3) and when 2am runs around, you have to kick one of those friends out because only 2 can stay over. THERE ARE RAs. YOU ARE NOT FREE TO DO WHAT YOU WANT HERE.
Even if you are 21, you can't bring alcohol here, or even... "show signs of intoxication" even if you are 21 and it is COMPLETELY LEGAL. Do not live here. Uness you want to live in another dorm, find a REAL apartment. I really thought I would have freedom like an apartment building, but it is a dorm. REPEAT, THIS IS A TEMPLE 'DORM' NOT AN APARTMENT.

Great apartment, pretty fair price for the area, responsive team

Team is fairly responsive to issues here. Never had much of a problem.
Apartment never had any major issues, and the small ones I did have were taken care of quickly.
Super close to Temple University's campus, so convenient and ideal for students.
