I’ve had a great experience living at Avery so far. I especially appreciate how quiet and peaceful the environment is - it truly feels like home. The staff and front desk team are incredibly friendly; they always greet residents with a smile and are happy to help with anything you may need. The amenities are modern and convenient, and the shared spaces are consistently comfortable and inviting.

I think the staff is wonderful, I wish they work on the bug problem they have but other than that it’s a great place to live. They always have events going on as well which makes it fun to live here.

I like living at Avery. I am still frequently using the gym and game rooms. Avery is a great place to live while going through college. if you’re looking for affordable and comfortable living, Avery is the place for you.

Everything is pretty good. I enjoy the amenities. The space is great. I wish the walls were a little thicker, considering the noise and smells from the neighbor units. Not much to be done for that, though. All staff are great and helpful!

the water hasn’t been working for over 4 hours i want to shower. the water being turned off, emergency or fire alarm is way too common at the avery only thing i do not like should not be this many issues
