The apartment was given to me dirty. Maintenance is super nice. Noise from outside (especially if facing the pool) and the hallway is loud, but you can't hear neighbors.

Amenities are good. Location is good.
AC makes some noise. Elevator sometimes broken. Hot water sometimes unstable especially on higher floor.
Maintainence team responses fast. Leasing office keep updating the elevator issue. More interesting events compare to early last year.

Very good. I like arrive university city. The number of square feet of Room Callowhill happened to be my birthday 427, so I immediately decided to live here. It is near to UPenn, and I love my life here.

The staff here are all very kind and welcoming. I especially appreciate that package hours are 24/7 - even at 3am there’ll be someone at the front desk to accommodate my needs.
