Let me start with this place is absolutely horrible. Even when they had staff onsite, staff was impossible to reach, maintenance was completely understaffed. For my experience, day one I had a staff member look me in the face and say you're apartment is good to go! I thought renting site unseen would be fine since I rented in COVID and it was a BRAND NEW apartment. Not even 10 minutes of being in my brand new apartment, I had to call the office to say that my air conditioning wasn't working in... JULY! A week and a half later it was fixed, but they didn't even check to see if it worked, and just told me that it did! There have been water leaks throughout the entire building, they had to hire a contractor to come seal the windows, who told me "I had to use an entire can of sealant on just one of your windows." Yea, imagine that as I had to pay winter utility prices not knowing that my windows weren't sealed. We had a note from a tenant below us that asked us to temporarily not use our 2nd shower because there was a plumbing leak and maintenance wouldn't be out until the next day to address the issue. That's not even the best part. The manager, yes the MANAGER told me that I was "misinformed" by the tenant who left the note at my door and that there was no active water leak present in their apartment. The building is right on Lancaster ave, so the traffic is extremely loud. The fun part is that when a large truck drives by, the whole apartment shakes. I reached out to the leasing office to find information about renewing my lease, haven't heard a word from them and it has been over 6 weeks ago. I tried to pay them money and they still wouldn't respond. Now though, there is no one working in Palmer West. Staff has absolutely no idea what happens in this building at any point during any day. There have been security issues with the front doors being broken and staff had to find out from RESIDENTS. They have no idea, and there is no one here to even monitor. Just three weeks ago, the trash was overflowing onto the first floor (the trash compactor is in the parking garage below the first floor). They had no idea. Anyway, look at the prices here, read this review and decide if you want to stay here.

This apartment complex and management is smoke and mirrors. This is the worst experience I have ever had in an apartment home or with a management company. This apartment was poorly built, unsafe and only continue to get worse.
